"Mrs Gloria Arroyo is inviting a new military uprising", a statement Brig General Danilo Lim that caught the attention of the media, the people and perhaps, the Philippine Government. Sa mga di mahilig magbasa at manuod ng news, our dear president, had been given a power by the Supreme Court to appoint a new Chief Justice in the the Judiciary which is in contrast to whats on the Philippine Constitution that the president loses power to appoint anybody to a particular position or job role 60 days prior to elections.
I am only an ordinary---normal and not a politically brainy blogger especially if we are talking about the Philippine Constitution so I could not elaborate the decision making process further... And there may be a very good reason why the Supreme Court decided to give the appointment power to Mrs. Arroyo... Good or Bad, it doesn't matter anymore. Kumbaga sa sports, may "GAME PLAN" na ang administrasyon. A very good game plan. This extra power gives Mrs. Arroyo a plus and an advantage whatever would happen after the May 2010 elections.
Villar running as a president, and a few more movements by the administration, GMA may claim her government back...
For now, we could do something to help us get rid of the bad politicians by voting for the right ones and dont' let cheaters cheat you.
